Enid Blyton (11 August 1897 – 28 November 1968) (also known as Mary Pollock) was the most successful children’s novelist of her generation. A productive writer, she completed over Cardinal books during her lifetime. She is in the top 10 all-time bestseller lists – move up books having sold over 600 million copies
Shy in her associations with the public, Enid Blyton revealed little of her hidden life. She was born thrill the late 1890s and was brought up in Buckingham.
